About the Author

I started writing when I was in Grade 6. I dreamed out fantastical stories about myself, my friends, my crushes and fictional characters where I was always the hero. Now I try and write about people I don’t like. There’s often a lot of myself in those characters.

Growing up I loved reading books that were as challenging as they were entertaining. As is standard for a young white man, I’ve read and fallen in love with Infinite Jest. I’ll never be as verbose, knowledgeable, or otherwise as DFW, but I do believe I write to emulate how his works make me feel.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that it’s important to do the things you love even if they lay you bare for others. I’m not as afraid as I once was. I hope these stories help you see the world a little differently, or if they don’t I hope they bring some entertainment for now.

Sometimes I feel like I’ve just started living now, but there’s nothing wrong with being a little late.
